On Ostara, 2020, Rebecca was initiated by the sacred energies of Cornwall to become it's priestess, to be it's conduit in the physical. This is an ancient calling which has been heard by Rebecca and those in our Temple community. There is so much being offered through this role, and much more to follow...
The Temple of Cornwall has been a long time dream for me, its creatrix Rebecca Burgess. This Temple has been calling me to conceive & create it since before I was even born. Ever since I was an infant I have always had a deeply spiritual connection to this land and its deities, and I have carried that with me throughout my life.
In 2018 I was training at The Sacred Celebrants Academy in Glastonbury, and after one particularly intense weekend of training, I spontaneously channelled the Spirit of Cornwall, where it told me that I was to become a Priestess of Cornwall and conceive, create & build the Temple of Cornwall.
From that point onwards I went about readying myself, ensuring that I was everything that Cornwall, the Temple and our community would need me to be.
At the beginning of 2020, just before the first national lockdown, I found myself with a sinusitis infection that left me having to self-isolate. It seems appropriate that it was during this time that the Spirit of Cornwall initiated & activated me as a Priestess of Cornwall, for sinusitis is related to the pineal gland, our psychic activation centre, and the illness acts as an unblocking of the detritus (physical & spiritual!) that stops you from accessing vital spiritual information.
So it was during my personal Ostara ceremony that I was initiated by the sacred energies of Cornwall to become it's priestess, to be it's conduit in the physical. This is an ancient calling which has been heard by myself and those in our Temple community. There is so much being offered through this role, and much more to follow...so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
We currently have lots to offer through our online sacred spaces, such as ceremonies, red tents, divinations, plus much more! Most of the money raised through these channels go towards our efforts to open a physical Temple in Cornwall, but we are starting official fundraising campaigns
